TMN na lista das que tem mais reclamações

A TV Cabo, EDP, Portugal Telecom e TMN foram as empresas que em 2005 deram origem a mais reclamações à DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor, que recebeu um total de 159 mil queixas nesse ano.

«As empresas mais reclamadas são as mesmas dos últimos anos. No ano passado a TV Cabo liderou as queixas, seguida pela EDP, Portugal Telecom e TMN", afirmou à agência Lusa Ana Cristina Tapadinhas da DECO.

Na TV Cabo a maioria das reclamações prende-se com a ausente ou má assistência técnica prestada pela empresa, facturação de serviços em residências anteriores do utilizador e problemas com a substituição da "power box" pelo novo sistema digital.

Os serviços de interesse geral, como a água ou o gás, são também dos que dão origem a mais reclamações na associação.

«Normalmente nestes serviços de interesse geral a questão da facturação é a mais reclamada, nomeadamente a de consumos prescritos», acrescentou a mesma responsável.

Neste sector destacou-se a EDP que, posteriormente, reconheceu os direitos dos consumidores, rectificando as facturas e contribuindo para melhorar a qualidade dos serviços.

No quinto lugar das empresas mais reclamadas em 2005, a seguir à TMN, surgiu a Lisboagás, seguida da Onitelecom, Clix (da Sonaecom) e Telepac.

A «falta de acesso ao serviço» ou a «lentidão no acesso» (a anunciada nem sempre corresponde à real) e a facturação são os principais problemas que levaram os consumidores a reclamar das prestadoras de serviços de Internet, explica Ana Cristina Tapadinhas.

«Neste sector a Telepac e a Netcabo destacam-se como as empresas mais reclamadas», refere a DECO em comunicado.

As limitações tecnológicas e o número de clientes é sempre a desculpa encontrada para estas análises.

Mas se calhar muito pouca gente vê que mais de 60% das reclamações no CLIX são por culpa da PT na desagregação do anterior serviço.

É que a pancada dos 5 ou dos 10 milhoes, ou lá o que é (... pois são tantos, que já ninguem sabem, nem eles ao certo quantos clientes tem)
... mas completando o raciocinio, se tratasse melhor os clientes, talvez não tivesse tanta razão de queixa...

Agora, dessas reclamações, quantas é que foram por culpa deles, e ficaram resolvidas...

Se calhar ainda tão por resolver... eu tenho algumas aà uns anos pendentes, e julgo que já devem de estar bem arquivadas...e quiçá em arquivo morto, se é que não foram já queimadas...

Security forces in Guinea-Bissau say they killed three former government ministers as part of an operation to stop a coup attempt. One of those killed was a candidate in the presidential elections taking place later this month.
