　　昨天上午9时左右，涉嫌交通事故的越野车驾驶员肖某到警方投案。目前，越野车驾驶员和出租车司机均已被 警方控制。“至于老太太是在第一次被撞时死亡，还是二次碾压后死亡，警方正在进一步调查中。” 周建表示。

　　“十次车祸九次快，入城线最近一周多时间已出现两起致人死亡车祸。”内江市公安局交警支队秩序科民警黄 健凌介绍，全长3.3公里的入城线限速50公里/小时，路况较好。但由于道路交通安全设施不完善，尤其是测速设施太少，部分车辆超速现象比较严重，再加上部 分市民随意横穿公路，是交通事故频发的重要原因。目前，入城线仅有一辆流动测速车和一个固定测速设备在两个 点轮流使用。
