oi pessoal. Sem querer ofender ninguem e respeitendo todos os menbros apenas queria dizer que nao percebo como a tmn ]e uma rede movel pois nao tem o minimo de qualidade, nao faz promocoes dignas desse nome e como tem muita gente anda sempre a sombra.

Eu acho que uma sms custar 16cent e um abuso. Nos tarifarios tmn apenas a um que envia a 5cent depois todos os outros a 14cent o minimo.
Para receber o bonus palo tem que se carregar o telemovel....

O servico konto contigo para pagar as mensagens no destino tem o custo de 30 cent... nas outras redes e de acordo com o tarifario..... abuso enorme

a tmn nao permite atribuir ao mesmo cartao um numero deiferente as autras redes sim.... um grave defeito

a tmn tem muito opuca seguranca nos cartoes pois sabendo os dois digitos da referencia faz se tudo o que se quiser.... nas aoutras redes ha uma password definida por nos.... tristeza

Uma chamada cai muitas mais vezes que nas outras redes...

Hoje em dia na tmn mensagens sao carissimas excepto no vips e as chamadas sao todas caras excepto no mais perto.

Promocoes nem velas e se hhouverem sao muito fracas...

Desculpem mas axam que isto e rede?

como eu, milhentas pessoas, devem de pensar e agir assim!

A tmn já era!
a não ser k tenhas muitos amigos na tmn, e um bom tarifário!
um tarifário dos "antigos"
porque estes, são uma bela... ****** :furioso:

nem o vips se aproveita... quem fala mto para 96's, não tem desconto apos o 1. minuto para tmns, assim como o serviço Tmn Regional, e Top3, não sao cumulativos com o tarif. Vips...

Assim sendo, vão roubar para outro lado!!!

Utilizei o meu pako no inicio deste mes, e foi porque havia aquela promo das chamadas a ZERO!... e mesmo assim fiquei com saldo abaixo de ZERO!!!

Felismente foi regularizado, nem uma sms de desculpas recebi!

Mas essa da segurança, se souber o teu PIN, tás feito ao Bife!
bem, não o pin, mas a ref multibanco...

Não sei até se muita gente nao foi para o MB tentar descobrir a ref. do cartão de outras pessoas....

Já à muito tempo, tinha um Mega Smile - o dos 5 escudos para 96's apois o 1. minuto!
Quiz comprar outro para a namorada, e acabei por encontar...
Cai na asneira de pagar ao gajo antes...
mas aparentemente lá recebi o cartão, com pouco saldo, tipo 3 ou 4 Euros, ou 600 paus, ja nao sei...

Tudo ok, 2 ou 3 dias depois comecaram os problemas: começo a receber telefonemas malucos, tipo ligavam e ñ diziam nada, com nº anomimo...

Depois recebi + 1, dizendo alguem ser da tmn, por causa de um cartao M.Smile...
referi que ja tinha pedido a alteração de dados pessoais, porque havia comprado o telefone a outra pessoa, e confirmei os dados...

Aprentemente eles disseram que o n. tinha sido Roubado, ou o que era!

Foram-se 30 euros, pois julgo que carreguei um telemovel, que dias depois desta fantuchada dixou de estar atribuido...

no dia seguinte o nº foi cancelado pela TMN, o cartão deixou de funcionar, apesar de dizer TMN, depois dizia sim nao registado, e tocava noutro lado...
Alguem pediu uma 2. via ou o que foi...

SEI QUE CONSEGUI SABER O NOME DO GAJO, deixe-o ria a vontade, pois o nº TMN andou desligado uns 15 dias...

Isso Julgava o gajo... sei que liguei para a TMN, fazendo-me pasar por essa pessoa, e PURA E SIMPLESMENTE, acabei com o tarifário dele!!!

Solicitei uma alteração de tarifário (para pako :furioso: ), alegando que faria pouco uso do telefone!!!

E TOMA!!!!!!

Na pior e na mais cara.

Eu, por motivos profissionais, tenho um cartão da TMN no tarifário +perto o qual apenas utilizo para fazer chamadas para a TMN. Fora disso, as chamadas são caras p'ra caraças.

para não falar dos carregamentos... Todos os meses é a mesma coisa. Sempre com atrasos.
Acho que o problema reside no facto de ser a rede mais antiga e as pessoas se acomodarem e não se informarem relativamente ás outras operadoras.

Atrasos de 2 e 3 horas... à vezes mais!!!!
então quando o prazo de validade passa, e so recebes... nesses, és capaz de ter que ficar 2 ou 3 dias a espera que o saldo entre!!!!

De facto o TUGA, é 1 pouco comodista!
eu, por ex. tenho tmn, mas no Pako antigo... foi a situação paar o $$ acumulado, e ainda nao era possivel transaferir saldo de um telefone para outro...
Para ñ falar de que recebo algumas chamadas no tmn... sempre fica + economico!!!!

e assim sou um dos 5 mil milhoes de clientes...
Com o cartão parado!!!
Para nºao falar de 2 ou 3 nº que ja joguei no lixo, por o prazo ter passado, e ter conseguido num deles a quantia exorbitante de 32 Euros... NEGATIVOS!!! :furioso:

mas experimentem la mudar para passaporte... ganham 1 validade de 1 ANO!!!!

Tinha um cartão que destruí, liguei para as meninas para dar baixa do mesmo, enviei um email para dar baixa do cartão e passado mais de um ano, ainda se encontra activo. É mais um para os 5 milhões.

Pois, como tu há mais 4 milhoes... digo eu!!! :furioso:

vé lá, que à uns anitos, a minha mae comprou um telelé, nos tempos que ainda tinha TMN, mas em vez de ir aos Upgrades, o que ela queria não havia nessa versão... então comprou o telefone normal, mas com cartão...

Caiu na asneira de o activar, e depois, acabou por registar o cartão, e mandar para a tmn uma série de papeis, registo, Garantia, etc...
Um dos nome da minha mãe, é JULIA... e na tmn, alguem não consegui decifrar a brilhante letra da cota, e em vez de Julia, nos registos, publicidade e factura, aparecia "Julio"...
Não faz grande problema, visto que Julia é nome do meio, e não é o 1., nem o apelido...

O cartão já "ardeu" à uns quantos anos...
quando o pako apareceu, julgo eu...

De vez em quando ainda recebe publicidade com o "Julio" no nome...

Só a TMN, não é!!!

tinha falado de uma situação pareçida no antigo forum. eu desde 1998 (altura que a optimus apareçeu) deixei de ser cliente TMN e passei a cliente OPTIMUS. Mandei cartas e liguei para o call center da TMN a dizer que queria cancelar o cartão, pois não o ia usar mais. O certo é que ainda HOJE recebo correio da TMN referente a um cartão que já deve estar sei lá onde, e como eu tinha pedido as facturas em papel, eles hoje ainda me enviam facturas com o valor de 0€ (imaginem o ridicuo!!!)

Serei eu um dos 5 milhoes de clientes TMN?
eu respondo... Na pratica e na realidade não sou, mas na teoria e na pratica da tmn... devo ser...

Boas. Antes de mais queria dizer que o meu passado está para trás e eu admito que nao me portei bem com este forum e prometi nunca mais voltar a criar problemas e parece que estou a cumprir. Mas o que foi ja la vai.

Agora esta a parecer me que este Androide nao e muito simpatico e anda a contar os topicos que eu abro.

Androide sabes o que é um forum? Nao parece... Um forum é acima de tudo um local de abertura a critica seja ela constructiva ou destructiva...

No teu caso ficava te bem o silencio se bem que tb tens direito a tua opiniao e nos respeitamos mas podias ser mais critico na verdadeira acepção da palavra e nao andares a tirar conclusoes precipitadas.

Abri tres topicos todos diferentes ou nao ves? Estou no meu direito. Bom vou entao explicar te para perceberes:

Um tópico fala da falta de qualidade da TMN e alguns defeitos

Outro é uma comparação de tarifarios que acho ate ser util

Outro é um apelo a comunidade do forum

Sao topicos completamente diferente embora sim e edmito tem em comum a mesma ideia mostrar a tmn.

É livre sim senhor! O dupito ou qualquer outro membro pode falar bem ou mal de qualquer rede ou marca, desde que não se ponha a abrir vários tópicos sobre o mesmo assunto! :furioso:

Era exactamente esta a ideia que que eu queria passar! É obvio que qualquer um é livre de expressar o seu agrado ou desagrado por uma dada situação, o que não acho que o dupito deve fazer é abrir vários topicos com o mesmo intuito...

Olhando para o assunto dos três tópicos que referis-te, realmente tens razão, são três assuntos diferentes, mas repara no desvio que fazes do assunto ao longo das tuas intervenções nos três topicos!!! Começas com assuntos diferentes mas acabas sempre por ir bater ao mesmo objectivo: falar mal da TMN!!!

Se eu fosse moderador já teria encerrado este tópico pela simples razão de que se está a dizer a mesma coisa em outros tópicos...

Dupito! Não penses que te estou a criticar por falares mal da TMN! Se o fazes lá terás as tuas razões! Só te estou a alertar é para não voltares a cair no erro que cometes-te no forum anterior...

O erro que caí no forum anterior foi um erro normal de Principiante pois nem sabia navegar no furum e colocava topicos na 1ª janela que me aparecia, quanto a isso podes ficar descansado Androide.

Aparentemente, antes de alterar os tarifários, e fazer outras "trafulhices" a TMN faz a publicação dessas Informações, detalhadamente do DIÁRIO DA REPUBLICA.

Como, julgo eu, brevemente iremos ter alterações de preços derivados à inflacção e ao aumento do IVA, alguem por acaso tem acesso à Diario da Republica???

... é que eu também queria consultar detalhadamente certas informações (ñ divulgadas pela TMN), relativamente aos Cartões recarregáveis com Tarifários Mega-Smile, assim como os PAKO (Originais)...

Continuo a achar a TMN bastante má mas acreditem que já estevem bastante pior! Eles decidiram (finalmente) fazer jus ao slogan e começaram a I9var com algumas novas boas ideias que têm tido.
Mas enquanto não conseguirem provar o contrário, a TMN continua deveras a ser a pior das 3 redes.

se queres que diga, ainda não vi nenhum novo anuncio da TMN...
