Olá a todos,
Alguém me pode ajudar...
Comprei o cabo USB FCB-200 para ligar o Samsung e-250 ao PC.
Instalei o Software Samsung PC Studio 3 Version 3.1.2 GF2
O PC reconhece o telemóvel, permite tudo menos o acesso ao cartão de memória de 1GB onde pretendia colocar músicas em MP3. Será que é o telemóvel avariado? Está-me a escapar alguma coisa?

O cartão está bom. Já o experimentei num leitor de cartões. Também já formatei o cartão e nada.
Telefonei para a assistência técnica e eles disseram-me que podia passar as músicas para o telemóvel e depois passá-las para o cartão, ou seja, duas de cada vez. Ou o Sr. não sabia o que estava a dizer ou o software do telemóvel está muito mal feito.
