Nokia lança GPS Bluetooth

A Nokia lançou o LD-1W, um receptor GPS que é compatível com PDAs e computadores que estejam dotados de conectividade Bluetooth.

A compatibilidade com os smartphones do fabricante (designadamente os Nokia 3650, 3660, 6260, 6600, 6630, 6670, 7610, 9300, 9500 Communicator, N-Gage e N-Gage QD) é de tal ordem que utiliza o mesmo tipo de carregadores e de bateria recarregável extraível que esses terminais.

Graças às compatibilidade alargadas dos smartphones Nokia sieries 60, é possível utilizar uma série de aplicações e serviços de navegação GPS, como é o caso do Wayfinder, do qual é fornecida uma versão completa pré-instalada em cartão MMC (com licença de 3 meses de duração) e que oferece um guia de estradas pormenorizado com acesso directamente no telemóvel.

O Nokia LD-1W é um receptor GPS de design apurado, compacto e leve, que dispõe de autonomia de quase 10 horas e cuja bateria funciona com os carregadores de série da Nokia, sendo o preço anunciado de 189 euros.

Não sei como é que dão o preço anunciado e não dão logo o preço certo se é um equipamento já em comercialização. Eu vi à venda, em Portugal (e há um mês...) a 150€. Parece que saíu mais barato que o previsto.
Um dos "inconvenientes" é isso só trazer licença de três meses. Se um gajo paga 30 cts por essa cena pelo menos a licença do soft podia durar um pouco mais... :wtf:
